Body: Even though website stated that unit (Denon DVD-3910) was
in-stock, I was informed via email one day after ordering, that there
would be a 10 day backorder on the unit and was given the offer to
cancel. I was also informed that the cost of the unit had increased by
$100.00, which I verified on their website, but AHT would honor the
original price. I wasnt to thrilled about the backorder situation, but I
kept the order because AHT was upfront with me. Additional emails were
sent by me and were promptly answered within 24 hours. Because of their
honesty, I highly recommend AHT to anyone looking for high end gear, and
I will purchase from AHT again. |

on untill i got a call from the owner informorming me of the situation,

I was very pleased with the service at All Home Theater.
They noticed that my address was different from that on my credit card
(I have recently moved) and they called to verify - calling both my home
and office to reach me promptly. The TV I ordered was then very promptly
sent in a plain brown box which the manufacturer's box was placed into.
Not only did this make for an even more resilient package (it arrived in
perfect condition), but the package would not have attracted attention
as a valuable item if it had been delivered in a less secure area. On
top of the great service, the price was the lowest I saw for the TV
either in retail stores or on the internet. |

I have to say that I am very satisfied with dealing with
All Home Theater. The price was great and customer service excellent, I
kinda' screwed up a little when I placed my order and when I called the
next morning to see if they recieved the e-mail I sent after I realized
what I did, the gentleman that answered the phone said" you must be
Richard, and everything is taken care of" ! Not too often I've had
that kinda' luck ! They sent them UPS and recieved them on time,(it was
alot quicker than I thought it would be). Knowing Klipsch -I've got a
pair of La Scallas I bought about 15 years ago,(have to insulate the
walls and windows or the neighbors call the cops,lol) didn't think I'd

They use Uncle's Stereo for product fulfillment. The one
small problem I had was that I had to call Uncle's for shipping status.
Uncle's gave me incorrect info and seemed to not want to talk to me. To

What stops me from giving You an excellent rating is the
fact that You are also in business as "uncle Johns", I was not
made aware of this fact, and had to find out on my own. This was
prompted because I did not receive Your promised E-mail to confirm my

This was my first purchase online and was reluctant at
first to use the Internet for any purchases. As a member of the Armed
Services deployed overseas, the availability of consumer goods and
access to the Internet is sometimes difficult at best to obtain. I was
able to access the internet one time to do a search for a Sony surround
sound receiver. The model I was looking for had over 30 responses for
that particular receiver and All Home Theater had the best price so I
purchased it from them. There was a problem with my credit card number
and I received an E-mail from Andrew Eastwood at AHT to see what I
wanted to do about the order. I got the problem straighted out at my end
and E-mailed him back to send the order through again. I also Had some
questions on some other equipment and asked him if he could look into it
for me since I could not access the Internet. Andrew got the information
for me and also let me know that the price I had on some of the
equipment previously was a better price than the qoute he could get for
me. The honesty, time and patience as well as the customer service far
exceeded my expectations of this online purchase. His personable
attitude was better than most salespeople I have had to deal with in
person at the store. Delivery of the product was quick and painless. My
overall purchase experience was better than excellent but there was no
rating higher to give AHT and their customer service staff. I will be
contacting them first for all my future Home Theater equipment purchases
and if their prices are just a couple of dollars over another online
vendor, I will pay the extra few bucks for peace of mind since AHT has
the most important thing from me they can have- Trust. I will continue
to recommend this company to everyone I know that is looking for Stereo
